I only did three lines, and I haven’t done coke in three years. Terrible mistake obviously, and I wasn’t thinking about the drug test I’m going to have to take in three weeks. I’m going to get detox to be on the safe side, but on average how long will cocaine stay in a healthy person’s system?

If its just a urine test it last for 3 days. If it’s a hair test I thought it last for 90 days but my friends says it lasts for years

in the laboratory detection of drugs
it says cocaine will stay in ur system for about 12-72 hours
you will be fine in three weeks
if your getting a hair test it will stay longer but those are rare and expensive
