Me and my friend have hobos in our neighborhood and they get drunk a lot but we never found drugs but today we found a tightly sealed bottle with white powder stuff. We brought it to her mom and she said it was sand so we smelled it and it smelled like chlorine. Is it chlorine or cocaine or powder heroin or sand…? The bottle was really tight. Like somebody would have to use a tool to tighten it that much. There was a small hole in the bottle too.

The only way to truly determine the identity of the powder is to have the substance chemically analyzed by a toxicology or chemistry laboratory.
Although there are subtle differences in appearance among heroin, cocaine, and chlorine powders (as well as many other white powders such as talc, sugar, and even bone meal), you cannot rely on visual appearance to identify a powder.
Have your powder analyzed by a professional for a proper identification.
