Possession of Cocaine

Question by ?L????g?????: How to tell the difference between heroin,cocaine,chlorine?
Me and my friend have hobos in our neighborhood and they get drunk a lot but we never found drugs but today we found a tightly sealed bottle with white powder stuff. We brought it to her mom and she said it was sand so we smelled it and it smelled like chlorine. Is it chlorine or cocaine or powder heroin or sand…? The bottle was really tight. Like somebody would have to use a tool to tighten it that much. There was a small hole in the bottle too.
Are you kidding me? I’m not tasting it.

chlorine smells like chlorine. Heroine and Cocaine have no strong smell least of all that of Chlorine
