I am getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow and I am supposed to start the medication (vicodin) today. I did cocaine last night. Could something bad happen to me?

The cocaine does not quickly leave your system and may have some residual effects, especially when mixed with a anesthetic. Your best bet would be to avoid using illegal substances altogether.
