Hello. I’m doing a project on cocaine in psychology class, and I need to know what kind of psychological disorders or diseases can result from using it. Also what part of the brain does it affect? Thank you

Well the first psychological disorder that I can think of would be addiction.

cocaine affects the dopamine reward centers in the brain causing physical and mental addiction, some diseases that are caused by excessive use are phycosis, heart arrhythmia, and Parkinson’s disease.
