On Sunday, January 28th 2012, members of the 14 Division Major Crime Unit executed a criminal code search warrant in the area of Dundas Street West and Spadina Avenue, in the city of Toronto. The warrant was granted as part of an ongoing theft from vehicle investigation in the Dundas Street West and Spadina Avenue area. As a result of the search warrant police seized a large quantity of stolen property, 7.28 grams of ‘powdered’ cocaine and 2.35 grams of MDMA(Ecstasy). Luc TO, 33, of Toronto was charged with: 1. Theft Under X 12 2. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime X 11 3. Mischief under X 11 4. Possession of Burglars Tools 5. Fail to Comply with Probation 6. Possession of Prohibited Weapon 7. Possession for the Purpose Cocaine 8. Possession of Cocaine 9. Possession of Controlled Substance schedule III The Toronto Police Service is asking for the publics’ assistance in identifying any items that may have been stolen from their motor vehicles. 14 Division has set up a link on the 14 Division Facebook page and the Toronto Police Service Youtube account for the public to have an opportunity to view photographs and a video of the property to try to identify belongings.
