BOOKING (DRUG POSSESSION): On Dec. 8 at 1:40 p.m. in the area of High Road and Carson Street, 43-year-old Brian Daniel Russ of Lucerne Valley was arrested on suspicion of drug possession. He was booked into the Victor Valley Station, bail was set at $ 25,000 and he was released two days later on his own recognizance.
