I’m just doing a little research for english and was wondering what is a fatal combination of drug such as cocaine with a medicinal drug that could kill someone if the doctor didn’t know about it?

Dude, any and all drugs can be “instantly” fatal. Totally depends on the person. There are so many variables — weaknesses of a certain part of the body that a drug may directly interact with, allergens to a certain drug, birth defects, etc — that can prove fatal on the first dosage of something.
Since you specifically typed cocaine, and I’m a pro with cocaine, one of the most COMMON drug overdoses is cocaine mixed with alcohol. Even a small amount of cocaine consumed with alcohol interact in the liver and produce yet ANOTHER drug, cocaethylene. The by product is ANOTHER stimulant, also, in addition to the original cocaine. Although the by product cocaethylene causes more intense euphoria than just cocaine or alcohol consumed alone, it’s said to increase your chances of dying by 21. Twenty-one. I can personally say it’s amazing, but would never recommend drugs to anyone. They still don’t know why the combo kills people, but cocaethylene is said to be 50 to 100% MORE potent than cocaine. Nasty stuff man.
Another combination to dangerously mix with cocaine is heroin, especially when shooting up. Usually called a speedball, many have died this way: John Belushi, River Phoenix, Chris Farley, etc. Cocaine being a stimulant speeds up the central nervous system and the heart and also restricts blood flow. When a stimulant and depressant (heroin, alcohol) are both found in the body at the same time, the stimulant’s effects will ALWAYS outweigh the depressants (don’t ask me why). However, when the cocaine wears off (as it is a very-shortlived high when intravenously injected), the heroin kicks in. Slows the body down. Your breathing slows as does your heart. Essentially tearing your body in two different directions, speedballing and or insufflation of a stimulant and depressant at the same time is just asking for trouble, a potentially fatal reaction your first time around. They have pictures of Chris Farley found dead on the Internet, and, be warned, it’s not something you would wish upon anyone, drug user or not.
Specifically that’s for cocaine. But, as I opened up with, anyone can die from anything if they have a defect that becomes exacerbated by a prescribed pharmaceutical or illicit drug.
