Question by Eegor: What happens when you do heroin and then do cocaine shortly after injecting heroin?
When you inject heroin and then immediately add cocaine, would your heart explode?
btw I’m not using either.

Depends on how much you take. You could go into cardiac arrest, but your heart wont explode. Usually cocaine is mixed with heroin and injected together. This is called a speedball and is what killed John Ballushi. The cocaine counteracts the sleepy feeling you get from heroin.
