Question by Shawn: What is worse for you cocaine or painkillers?
Me and a friend were arguing which is worse for you(were not doing it just argueing over it)
I think painkillers like oxycontin and Percocet are worse for you and he says painkillers are made in a lab and made for human consumption so they are better for you. With that logic though you could say that painkillers are better for you than weed which I know for a fact isn’t true.
And it seems like I have heard of more people dying and getting addicted to painkillers. Not saying cocaine isn’t bad for you because I do know someone that went to rehab for cocaine.

They’re equally bad. I used to have a problem with perc 30’s and it ruined my life from age 16-23. I was in and out of the hospital and detoxes and I JUST got my life back on track. Cocaine isn’t any better though. They’re both very addictive and dangerous in large amounts. And I would like for one person to try and tell me that drug ADDICTS don’t consume large amounts. You’re both right. No one is wrong. People should stay away from both.

Cocaine alone is more likely to give you a fatal heart attack. Painkillers are more likely to kill you by stopping your breathing.
The fact that one comes from a plant (that gets processed — they don’t just grind it up into powder) and that the other comes from chemicals does not make one more or less dangerous. Some people believe that chemicals are bad and natural is good. In that case, they’ve made up their mind, but they have no clue as to what happens to “natural” products.
