Cocaine is a stimulant thus causing complications withtt the bicuspid aortic valve resulting in worsening of your condition

Answer by Dylan
Cocaine can lead to infections of the heart valves. So if one of your valves screw up, your heart is more prone to heart failure as it cannot perform correctly. For example, lets say the left AV valve, or the tricuspid valve didn’t function properly, it might let in less amounts of blood into the ventricle, causing less amounts of blood to the body, as well as to itself with coronary arteries. Over time, it can lead to heart failure as the heart does not get the proper nutrients it needs.
