How come a lot of celebrities can do cocaine & seem relatively sane while normal people who do it are lunatics?

Because you’re seeing what their p.r. ppl let you see. Trust me,if a celeb does cocaine,they get just as crazy as anyone else. Their p.r. ppl are just making sure their client is able to cya.

depends on your definition of “sane”
Stress I say… The fame and papparazzi might be getting to them and it might be too much for them or else they are just dumb. People who aren’t famous (some of them) do cocaine as well because they probably think it’s cool. Or maybe celebrities do cocaine because they want to be more famous and get notice more and be on the radio, tv and in magazines more etc.
