It is legal for medical use in some states (although it’s still against federal laws, which causes some ridiculous problems).

Three reasons:
1) it affects your ability to react to situations
2) it affects your memory
3) ummm… I’ll have to get back to you on that one…
That’s a highly debatable subject
All drugs, legal and illegal, have good and bad side effects. All the legal prescription drugs we use are derivatives of herbs and drugs like heroin or opium. Marijuana can increase a cancer patient’s appetitite or deaden pain or help patients with eye problems to see better. It has many good benefits. If you do anything too much, it can cause bad side effects.
Don’t do certain drugs and drive or operate machinery. Anti biotics, which can cure an infection, can cause birth control pills to be ineffective and a woman can become pregnant while taking antibiotics and birth control simultaneously.
Thus far, they refuse to make marijuana legal for medical use in most states. It seems kinda silly to me, that’s how it goes. In the meantime, the people who need it for medical reasons, can’t get it, and the people who use it illegally have no problem getting all they want of it.
its illegal because back in the day african americans used to use it and the white people thought that it was making them crazy so they made using it against the law…i dont know the effects of it though…in some cities it is legal to use but the state still considers it illegal…the cops just make it a low priority and dont arrest for marijuana…well thats how it is in santa cruz atleast…as long as you use it on private property you are pretty much safe, again that applies in santa cruz…and santa cruz is a hippie town
