Drug Possession: Penelope Soto arrested for possession of Xanax Moment Miami teen thief flips out at judge !!

A teenager was jailed for thirty days after sticking her finger up aa judge during sentencing yesterday. Penelope Soto was appearing after being arrested for drug possession, but after her bond was set she made the offensive gesture to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat. As a result she was hauled back in front of the judge and given a jail sentence for contempt of court. The exchange, seen in a video posted on LiveLeak, began when Soto was asked about her financial assets. Standing up in court wearing an orange jumpsuit told him she earned 0 a week and said her assets included her jewellery and a car. When he asked her how much her jewellery was worth, she laughed, and said ‘a lot.’ Realising her laughter did not reflect the gravity of the situation Judge Rodriguez-Chomat told her: ‘It’s not a joke, you know, we’re not in a club now,’ ‘We are not in a club, be serious about it.’ Still looking amused and stroking her hair Soto answered ‘I’m serious about it, you just made me laugh.’ ‘You just made me laugh, I apologize. It’s worth a lot of money,’ she continued. Judge Rodriguez-Chomat asked Soto if she had taken any drugs in the past 24 hours, which she denied. Throughout the exchange Soto’s facial expressions varied from boredom to amusement and she was constantly moving and flicking her hair. Judge Rodriguez-Chomat then set Soto’s bond at 00 and said ‘bye, bye.’ In response, Soto laughed and replied ‘Adios’ as she walked away.

Teen Penelope Soto Gives Judge Middle Finger, Gets 30-Day Sentence for Contempt of Court

Drug Possession: Teen Penelope Soto Gives Judge Middle Finger, Gets 30-Day Sentence for Contempt of Court

A woman facing a drug possession charge got a harsh lesson in justice after a Miami-Dade judge sentenced her to 30 days in jail for flipping him the bird at a hearing Monday. Penelope Soto, 18, was arrested for possession of Xanax and was brought before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat Monday, where she was asked about her assets. Soto, who was sporting orange jail clothes and smiled and stroked her hair through the proceeding, laughed when she was asked how much her jewelry was worth. It’s not a joke, you know, we’re not in a club now,” Rodriguez-Chomat told her. “We are not in a club, be serious about it.” “I’m serious about it, you just made me laugh,” Soto replied. “You just made me laugh, I apologize. It’s worth a lot of money.” “Like what?” the judge asked. “Like Rick Ross. It’s worth money,” she said. The judge, not understanding the odd reference to the South Florida rapper, asked Soto if she’s taken any drugs in the past 24 hours. “Actually, no,” she replied. Rodriguez-Chomat set her bond at 00 and said “bye, bye,” and Soto laughed and replied “Adios.” Annoyed, Rodriguez-Chomat summoned her back and reset her bond at 000, shocking Soto. “Are you serious,” she asked. “I am serious. Adios,” he replied. Soto started to walk away when she flipped Rodriguez-Chomat her middle finger and blurted “[expletive] you.” She was called back again and Rodriguez-Chomat gave her a 30-day sentence for contempt of court.

TEEN GIVES JUDGE MIDDLE FINGER GETS CONTEMPT 30 DAYS !

Drug Possession: TEEN GIVES JUDGE MIDDLE FINGER GETS CONTEMPT 30 DAYS !

Penelope Soto, who was arrested for drug possession, learned yesterday not to give the judge any lip! The irresponsible, and seemingly clueless teen “irritated the judge with her insouciant attitude” in court on Monday by “flipping her hair, laughing derisively, dodging questions.” Annoyed, the judge gave Soto a 00 fine and bid her “bye-bye.” Soto, still clueless, and clearly classless, laughed and responded, “Adios,” so Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat upped her fine to 000. “‘Are you serious?” the teen asked. ‘I am serious. Adios,’ said the judge.” One would think Soto would have the common sense to shut her mouth at that point. However, the teen promptly gave Judge Rodriguez-Chomat the finger. In return the judge found her in contempt of court and sentenced the 18-year-old to 30 days in jail. Maybe this teen thinks twice before she flips off anyone else, especially a judge. subscribe to my channel www.youtube.com
