Question by Danny Kypson: if i get probation for possession of marijuana will they test for alcohol?
im 17, my mom called the cops on me when she found my weed. i have a 2 seperate court dates, one for possession of marijuana and one for possession of paraphernalia. this is my first offense.

if they put me on probation, how long am i most likely to get if i live in texas? and if i drink on probation will they see it on the drug test? i know it can show up but last time i got a drug test (not court mandated, my mom made me) was a day after i drank alot. it said i was clean but they were only testing for marijuana. will it be that way while im on probation, or does it depend?

It should be legalized, and it’s more vital than ever now with what’s going on in Mexico. I don’t think anyone died, except some idiots who tried to concentrate it and shoot it up. I heard 3 tried it and 2 died and the other barely made it. I guess it’s not a good idea to do that, don’t know why.

If Pot were legalized it would ruin the drug cartels in Mexico that are destroying Mexico, or what was left of it. We should take some smart measures that really yield effective results, not just get all hung up on some idiosyncratic garbage like we did over prohibition with such ugly results. If there had never been prohibition there would have never been the mob activity it generated and we probably wouldn’t have the Kenedys or Obama.    Read more...
