I would call marijuana safe because it does less harm than alcohol, while crystal meth is not safe because it messes you up. Which other illegal drugs are somewhat safe?
Wow guys… For school we have to craft a presidential platform. Legalizing safe drugs such as marijuana would save billions from several state and federal budgets which would normally be spent imprisoning people for their own personal choice…

How do I break the law safely? Are you worried about the legal repercussions? As long as you don’t get sores or lose your teeth then you don’t care about jail? Amazing.
BILLIONS? Get real. The people who serve enough prison time for it to amount to BILLIONS are the people who sell, Grow, and Traffic the drug from other countries. Most of the people who are charged with simple possession are given fines and rarely serve long prison sentences. Your fines will cover that. And to discredit your next defense. “Lets legalize it to boost the economy!” If it was legal to grow, no one would by it. They would all grow their own, or steal it from a farmer who is trying to boost the economy. If the U.S. decides some day to legalize it, you will not hear me complain. Hell I might smoke a bowl with you. But as long as it is a crime, I will keep arresting people, and they will keep on using it. Don’t try to preach to those of us with common sense.

Any drug that may be safe for one person could be deadly for another person, and that includes the over the counter ones as well.
Experiment all you want, the life you may end up destroying I hope and pray will not be mine or anyone I know.
