A man and woman were charged with felony drug possession counts Sunday night after Greeneville police received a report of possible drug activity in a guest room at the Comfort Inn on East Andrew Johnson Highway. A 41-year-old Fallon man appeared in Justice Court on Thursday to face one count lewdness with a child under 14. Vincent Thomas Goodson had his case continued until Aug. 4 after Goodson’s attorney, Cherri Emm-Smith, asked for more time. Emm-Smith said she needed more time to investigate the matter.
