At least in Germany small amounts of marihuana and medical cannabis is use is legal. In Lithuania even non psychoactive hemp is illegal and demonized despite fact? that this valuable plant was first plant to be cultivated by ancient Balts.
Legalizing at least marihuana would resolve horrible problem with alcoholism. In Portugal they legalized all drugs and have lowest use of drugs.
