Apartment complex site of dozens of drug, heroin busts
Dayton drug detectives watching an apartment complex considered to be a known drug house, arrested a woman for possession of heroin. Brandi Rose, 30, was arrested just before 11 p.m. Monday night coming out of the apartment complex in the 300-block of N. Smithville Road in Dayton.
