OUTSTANDING WARRANT AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, 11:57 p.m., March 20. Terrance W. Robinson, 52, of North Plainfield was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Trenton. Police also found a crack pipe on him and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
