I did about 6 lines on Saturday, now it’s Tuesday and might have to take a drug test. Will it likely show up? This was a one time event, I have previously not done cocaine, ever.

yes it might show up suposed to be out in a few days but depending on the test you take it might pick it up!
drink water all day..which really doesnt get rid of it but it helps flush your system out. Considering you didnt do very much it depends on the test.
STOP doing it…Cocaine leads to major addiction and I promise just gets worse. And Sat when you used…you will never get that same high again no matter how much you do. Although you only did 6lines…say next time it will take 8 but you still wont feel the same great high you did. YEs its wonderful ..BUT leads to jail and death. STOP using! as far as the drug test your probly screwed

Cocain can stay in your hair up to about 90 days. But there are also information that cocaine can stay in your hair for about 25 years after you only take it once.
