From a strictly medical/pharmacological standpoint, what are the differences between cocaine and other amphetamines?

Cocaine is more addictive and dangerous.Also it is more expensive.BUT amphetamines are often impure .But using Cocaine chances of heart attack are way higher than from amphetamine use.I suggest you avoid both.
