Drug possession … William Tyler, 19, of the 6300 block of Ardleigh Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and knowledge that property is proceeds from an illegal act, in connection with a one-vehicle accident in December, Springfield police reported.
