Melatonin is a natural compound created in a small gland in the center of your brain call the pineal gland. Melatonin is your body’s way of making you feel tired, and induces sleep. Because of the fact that melatonin is produced naturally in your brain, if cocaine doesn’t interact with melatonin now, it won’t when you take the supplements.
