I’m just looking into the differences between this act and the The Narcotic Control Act, specifically about trafficking.
I’ve been on the government cite (http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-38.8/) but I haven’t found anything, am I missing where it talks about trafficking?
Basically I want to find out how much of a drug do you have to have on your body in order to be presumed to have it for the purpose of trafficking.
Any additional sources would be of great help.

You will not find a specific amount. The government must establish the charge of “Possession with intent to distribute”. Some is common sense, if you have 2 pounds of cocaine concealed on your body, the government should prove their case. You could also be observed selling Marijuana by the joint, or selling to an undercover agent, and only have a couple left when arrested, but be arrested for distribution. Distribution in most cases is an enhancement of the possession charge. So it is really more about circumstance than quantity. Hope I helped some.
