If the DA wants to prosecute all that was involved with the case then they will most definitely use prints to help build their case. The Commentators above me are partially correct..

    BUT
fingerprints; photos; videos; audio forms of evidence are SIMPLY Circumstantial Evidence
    which means
WITHOUT….the testimony of a 3rd party impartial witness to their ( or even YOUR) claims of ANY wrongful, negligent acts and or acts of omissions, by the You (or the cops) will Go NOWHERE !

what is Necessary to obtain a CRIMINAL (not civil) indictment / conviction is the testimony of a 3rd party impartial witness, who will SWEAR it is TRUE.

If the DA wants to prosecute
and PRESENT ANY evidence to the court
for it to be placed on the record,
it can ONLY be Put into the Record, by way of if a competent Witness,
(HE CANNOT “Tell” the court “to NOTICE the Evidence”)

    excuse me I digress,,,
again, it can ONLY be Put into the Record, by way of if a competent Witness,
Who will swear to and states as a FACT that…

not reliably it just shows you touched the bag (possibly) NOT that there were any drugs in it when you touched it, no movable item can give reliable evidence without some corroboration
